Training and experience exchange for teachers

„Aki tenni akar, az mindenre talál megoldást, aki nem akar tenni, az mindenre talál kifogást!”

Ezt az idézetet választotta mottójául a tréning, amit a kidolgozott anyag alapján 2014 márciusa és áprilisa folyamán valósítottunk meg. Az összesen 12 fő pedagógus 24 órás foglalkozáson vett részt.

A foglalkozások interaktívak voltak, a trénerek problémafelvetéseket tettek, és a résztvevőket ösztönözték arra, hogy kidolgozzák a saját válaszaikat a problémákra. Így a programban résztvevő tanárok olyan programokat, projekt-napokat, kérdőíveket dolgoztak ki az egészséges iskolák témaköréhez kapcsolódva, melyeket a saját iskolájukban megvalósíthatnak. Ezen kívül elsősegély-nyújtási alapismeretekkel is megismerkedhettek.

A tréning után valamennyi pedagógus igazolást kapott a 24 órás képzésről.

This was the motto of the training programme that was implemented in March and April 2014. All together 12 teachers participated on the 24 hours long programme.

The sessions were interactive, the trainers introduced the problems realised from the research, and they motivated the participants to find their answers for the problems. Through this the teachers participating on the sessions developed programs, project-days, questionnaires in the given topic of health schools that they will be able to use and implement in their schools. Also they get basic first aid knowledge.

All the participants get a confirmation on participating in the 24 hours training programme.
